The renter (driver) must be at least 20 years old, and hold a ROC ID card, a driver's license approved by the supervisory unit (must hold more than one year), and a credit card (Visa/MasterCard/JCB).

Those who do not use a credit card can show their employee ID card, student ID card (registered), military, public and teaching staff ID card.

If there is a major violation of the car driver's license, the company will not provide the car to use.

International travelers

The renter must be over the age of 20 years old with a passport and an international driving permit (IDP)，credit card(Visa/ MasterCard/ JCB/AE).

International driving permit is another evidence for driving permit, by traffic law 55th article, it notes the international visitors who are from our reciprocal benefit countries, and have international driving permit and are doing 30 days short time stay in our country, they are allowed to drive without visa for international driving permit. but, if the visitor stays over 30 days, then they will need to apply for an international driving permit to our governmental offices.

The visa for international driving permit expires only 1 year time, if the international driving permit or the residence permit expired before 1 year time, then the deadline will base on the earliest date， and visitors will not be allowed to drive after this date.

For foreigner, we will copy your credit card with a blank sign for traffic fine. The blank sign will with “Traffic fine only”. If we receive your traffic fine or parking fee, we will inform you before we swipe your card for traffic fine or parking fee. Additionally, traffic fine and parking fee pay by credit card will charge a 10% extra fee.

Precautions for reserving the car

1. If the scheduled time exceeds one hour without prior notice, it will be regarded as cancellation of the car reservation, and the company can change the sublet to others; if you want to change the pick-up time, the preferential conditions will be discussed separately.

2. If the person who made the reservation cancels the use of the car for any reason, the subscription will be canceled according to the following refund ratio:

The deposit is 30% of the total rent, and 50% of the total rent during the Spring Festival. Please pay the final payment when picking up the car, and no credit is allowed.

Precautions for picking up a car rental vehicle rental doesn’t include gas, diesel and tolls.

One day of car rental is counted as 24 hours. The lessee must return the vehicle at the agreed time. Overtime rent is calculated as one-tenth of the car price per hour; overtime of six hours is billed as one day. There will be no refund for the early return of the rented vehicle. If you need to delay the time of the vehicle, please inform us within 3 hours before the return time, and pay the fee when returning the vehicle. To renew the rental, you must check whether the vehicle can be used and pay the fee first.

Daily mileage is limited to 400 kilometers. (can be accumulated)

When returning the car, and pay Expressway toll (ETC) on site. We recommend cash payment, because credit card payment requires an additional handling fee.

Note: During the rental period, all violations and parking fees incurred will be borne by the lessee, and the violation notice will be received. The company will charge a 10% service fee (card payment will be charged a fee)

If there is a problem with the score of the violation ticket generated during the lease of the vehicle, the company will resell it to the lessee (driver)

Over 1 hour from the pickup time and without any previous notice, it will be viewed as a cancellation. We can rent the vehicle to others. If you want to change the pickup time, the discount will be recalculated.

When Renter needs to cancel the reservation, we will charge the give back deposit.

The deposit should be 30% of the rental fees. During Chinese Lunar New Year, it is 50% of the rental fees. Balance should be paid when picking up and cannot be on-the-tab

When picking up the vehicle, please show the valid driver‵s license, ID, credit card, passport, and reservation form, international driver‵s license. If documents do not meet the requirements, we have the right to decide the vehicle check-out or not.

If the vehicle cannot be out due to inevitable factors, we can replace the same class of the vehicles.

What should I do if I’m involed in an accident?

When the vehicle is stolen, please keep the scene intact, and call the police 110 immediately, do not settle with the others in private, and contact our company at 04-25205556, otherwise the lessee shall be responsible for the compensation, and cannot have insurance claim protection.

If the vehicle needs to be repaired, the original factory or the company's authorized service factory is the only garage to maintain the safety of the vehicle. If the vehicle is collided or lost... etc., it will be finalized according to the Ministry of Communications approved by the Consumer Protection Committee Billing shall be based on the calculation formula table recorded in the chemical contract.

Do car scratches need to be reported to the police?

Immobilization charge：Loss of damage while car is being repaired and cannot be rented out. The total immobilization charge shall be charged up to 20 workdays (total amount and rate shall refer to signed rental agreement)

What is deductible?

The amount that the lessee (the insured) should first take responsibility before they had a car accident. The insurance company is only liable for the part that exceeds the deductible.

Why we need deductible?

To raise the lessee's awareness of vigilance, and to reduce some dangers including very well-intentioned, malicious, intentional, etc., and prevent dangerous situations about insurance fraud.

What is operating loss?

The leased car is a company car, so the so-called " operating loss ". According to the government's standard contract regulations, the lessee must pay the rent as usual during repairing period. If it is within 10 days, the lessee shall pay 70% of the car rental price during this period; 60% of the car rental price during the period between 11 and 15 days; 50% of the rental price for the period above 16 days, up to 20 days.
